The best customer service you could possibly ever ask for. And that comes from someone who is very picky about customer service. I called him about something I saw in my yard and he explained to me what it was, told me how much it would cost to have him come out and take care of it. I had just stopped working two days before and told him right now I was too unsure about my finances, so he actually sent me a link to what I could use. That is customer service that’s above reproach.

His response was within 3 or 4 days. He was on time. He was kind and respectful. He found and fixed the problem in under 1/2 hour. I found his price to be reasonable. Of course this was based on the fact that I was SO HAPPY to have the infestation gone.

I called this gentleman at 10 am he was at hour home that we had just bought by 1pm and helped in any way very polite young man walked though and this young man went into a embarrassing mess that tenants had left smiled and kept getting it showed up even when Orkin and Dodson wanted to wait weeks give your money to a person that is in this area he is a small business trying tj make his way

Weston did a thorough job. We had a bat issue and he checked the house completely and determined that the most likely access point was the chimney. He installed a screen under the chimney cap. Weston is friendly and on time. I’m changing my pest control service provider to Martin’s Pest Control due to excellent and professional service.

We’ve dealt with constant wasp problems around the house and farm for the last few years. We had several different companies come out and spray, but we still had issues and were getting stung. Since having Martin’s come out, we’ve seen a huge difference. Last year we had 14 wasp nests in our litter shed, and this year we haven’t had a single one. Whatever they’re doing, it’s definitely working. Highly recommend Martin’s Pest Control!

We live in a rural area and have had the worst time with SOOOO many bugs. Over the holidays, we had hundreds of flies, ladybugs and wasps IN THE HOUSE. It was like a horror movie. A different exterminator came by several times, treated the house, sprayed down the entire outside and nothing changed. We called another exterminator and nothing changed. We were also having the exterminator come by once a month to spray. Weston looked at our problem and said it would only take one treatment and then another one in the fall. Whatever he did was magic. We no longer have the bug problem. He is also a very nice young man. I’m thrilled with his service.

It seems EVERYONE is battling yellow jacket and wasp issues this year. We had called multiple other places, and they were all so busy they either weren’t taking new clients, or they didn’t even bother to call us back after we left a message.

After a web search, I happened across Martin’s Pest Control. I gave a quick call, and was surprised when Weston (the owner) answered the call on the second ring. He indicated he could be out before the end of the week, and for our situation, we likely would not need to be on site, which is wonderful, avoiding missing any work time.

For us, the yellow jackets were entering on a corner of the house, approximately 18′ up. We tried myriad sprays, across many brands and formulas. Some of these would kill a few bees, but were having no appreciable impact on the overall problem. Due to the height, we weren’t going to put ourselves in a position to get swarmed while high up a ladder, so we couldn’t try Sevin or the like.

Weston was true to his word, contacting me two days after I spoke with him, indicating he was en route. I got home from work as he was finishing up. He took the time to explain to me what he had done, why, and what the nature of the issue was. This is a problem we’ve battled for weeks, and Weston took care of it with zero stress or inconvenience on our part.

To boot, I had researched average pricing for this sort of work. I was charged less than what I expected, they took care of the yellow jackets and wasps, and even found and treated a few small wasp nests under our porch, which I had not yet found. Absolutely bowled over by the service and professionalism!

I had Martin’s Pest Control come last year to spray my home for ticks, stink bugs, and mosquitoes. It worked wonderfully! With my 3 kids always playing outside near the woods, it was so nice to have some extra peace of mind. Weston was our service provider and he was extremely kind and personable.
